2 bananas - sliced into thin layers Jar of apricot jam 6 sponge cakes 1 pint of custard. |

What to do |
1. Spread the tops of the sponge cakes with jam. 2. Place alternate layers of sponge cakes and banana slices into a dish. 3. Make a pint of custard, either from a mix or real custard. 4. Pour the custard over the cakes and bananas. 5. When the custard is cold and set, whip two egg whites and place on the top to decorate. |
